blueberry muffins

I have heard that blueberry muffins are the most neutral baked good in American cuisine -- in the median range of sweetness and fat content, and not prone to containing numerous allergens. I'm not sure where I heard this. I might have told myself.

    Milk, eggs, wheat... Allergen Central, Ostberg. But I agree that they're mighty tasty.
